Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the clothing that is unwashed, unworn, free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume, with original tags attached postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.
Regrettably, for health and hygiene reasons, underwear, activewear, all accessories and hats cannot be returned.
Clearance (price end with .99) and Mystery bag items are not eligible for return.
Returned items must be free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume.
U.S. Domestic Online Store: Go to the Return Request page and enter your email address and order number. A return shipping label fee of $9.99 will be deducted from your refund.
U.S. Domestic Facebook/Instagram Store:You can ship back on your own to our warehouse, and you will be responsible for your own postage (email us for our warehouse address) OR apply for return through our return portal and pay $9.99 return fee via our return fee link (email us at https://www.laitcollection.com/products/return-fee for link) We will refund you once the warehosue receives your return.
International / non-U.S. Countries: To initiate a return request, please email hello@laitcollection.com. Please include your order number, items you wish to return, and your reason for returning them. Please return the clothing that is unwashed, unworn, free of animal hair, deodorant and perfume, with original tags attached postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address to our warehouse in US and you will be responsible for shipping the items back. We are not responsible for lost packages.
The original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable. Late returns are not eligible for refunds.
